“Winter on Tomales Bay, when the Miwok retreated to their winter lodges, semi-subterranean, with a conical roof of grass and earth. They played games, gambled, made baskets and weapons, celebrated and made ceremonies.  Now, in our holiday season, we welcome a new wave of visitors to Point Reyes.  The mild winter weather offers an opportunity to kayak the calm waters of the bay surrounded by birds and seals, view the newly green hills, reflect, and plan for the year to come.  HAPPY HOLIDAYS from Blue Waters Kayaking.” - John G

Just an hour North of San Francisco! For over 20 years Blue Waters Kayaking has shown 1000's of visitors the glorious nature of Tomales Bay and the Point Reyes Peninsula.
