Just a little preparation will greatly enrich your time in Baja. There are many good books available on gray whales, birds, and desert ecology in libraries and local nature stores. If while reading you discover a selection that you particularly enjoy or if you have a favorite story, whether it be whale/Baja related or not, bring it to share.
