Come join Suzanne Sterling for a transformational week of yoga, breathwork, singing, chanting and sacred ceremony. We will focus on freeing the natural voice, developing awareness of the breath and body, clearing the emotional body, listening to our innate wisdom, allowing our creativity to expand, and tapping into our sacred self and our connection with the Divine. The week will include: • Simple and precise daily yoga practice (all levels welcome) • Exploring and understanding the history and power of sound • Expressing the authentic and natural voice • Mantra and sound healing - awakening and refining the subtle energy body through toning, chanting and singing • Breathwork and guided meditation - cleansing and becoming present, opening to spiritual guidance and deep wisdom • Improvisation and Play!!! Whales are said to be the carriers of the ancient songs ... This will be a safe and sacred place to find your own unique song and to sing in harmony with others. There is no experience necessary ... just a desire to find soul freedom and joy through sound!
